My favorite shots are of the shacks on the beach where you can stay for $300 a night! Not my socioeconomic group to be sure but I like the concept of my little shacks on the beach being worth $300 a night with the right marketing

I was here when they led the way last time. They made a fortune and then quietly left. They're are back but wait, I got way better deals.

For those of you who inquired about the beachfront lot last week, here is a photo. It is a great photo but the lot is just more better in real life. Best development in Nicaragua and 1/2 acre right in front of this wave.

Below is a photo of my office. It's really a secret sales tool. I let people hang out, decompress and wander the beach and town. Then I show them land. The town and the beaches set em up. Last week Greg and Celeste came and hung out. Celeste caught some serious hammock time. They left a deposit on a one manzana lot. Welcome to the community.

This week Chanelle and James are hanging out. We had a neat birthday party for Elvis, Rafa and Dona Blanca's son. They invited lots of neighbors and fed everyone. Then DJ Rafa played dance music till one. A real good time was had by all. Chanelle was so impressed with the people and the beaches she and James are taking a real interest in several of the Yoga Lots.

So do write and better yet come on down a soak up some sun and surf.
