What do you do when your Uncle comes to visit in Nicaragua? You take him fishing. Here's Tio Dave on his first morning in Nicaragua. 25 lb. snook. Some very fine eating. Note the small outrigger canoe. It places you right at fish level. If you stand to reel, the fish has a good chance of pulling you in. Kinda evens the odds. Really a great experence.

After all the cleaning and filleting is over this is what a serving looks like. Don't worry, we hire all the fish cleaning done around here. It's a point of pride to our captains to prepare the fish right.

Our fine cooks relish the chance to fix fish in new and exciting ways. Here's Tom's girlfriend's Rhina's latest. Oh man, does that smell good. I hope it's your lunch time.

Big fish and it fed lots. Here's Tio dave enjoying the fruits of his labor. Fish, Eat, Rest, Repeat.

This is Tio Daves second day of fishing! Cody, a good friend of Tom's, came down for a visit and one of the things you do when your good friends come to visit in Nicaragua is go fishing. This day, February 5th, the boys caught two Pez Gallo's and an assortment of other game fish. A good time was had by all.

We have a empty house for the next several weeks so if your in the area and looking for some property or just some fun drop us a line and we can get you out here for some Nica style rest and relaxation. Thanks in advance for writing. dale
