After 15 years in Nicaragua, I still am amazed at the quality of the beaches. This shot was taken about a three min walk form the Yoga Lots. Close walkable access to great beaches and a working village are huge. Most developers have to "create" a commercial center. We got the village of Pie de Gigante just a short walk away.

While everyone wants to make some money,I find that the majority of the people I talk to about buying in Nicaragua are looking to improve the quality of their lives. Trust me, a walk twice a day on this beach will improve the quality of your life.

The idea of a little community works for me. A group of people banding together to share costs like bringing in the power, caretakers, and the care and feeding of your investment when your not here. The Yoga Lots are being set-up from the beginning to be a community of like minded people.

Living near a village, rather than a "created" commercial center is you have a chance to live with your Nicaragua neighbors. In Gigante you can walk down and have a cold beer on the beach, buy fresh fish, buy bread eggs and milk, and once you get known, you get invited to the parties.

I run out of room too fast here, love to talk to you more about my dreams and plans for the future. Do write back and share with me your ideas too. We are blessed with a blossoming community of creative people like Tony Roberts, Kassidy Mefford and Tom Taylor. Channelle just signed up and we cleared her three lots yesterday. We are community building. Come join us, at least for a visit. e-mail Dale Dagger
